The Psalter According to the Seventy,
that is the Book of Psalms of St David, the Prophet and King.
Together with the Nine Odes.

The Psalms (either entire Psalms, quotes or portions of them) are widely used in all the services of the Church. The entire Book of Psalms is recited in the course of Orthros (Matins) and Vespers every week, twice in every week during Great Lent. The Psalms are also widely used in The Hours, Compline, Great Compline, etc.

The names and Orthodox numbering of The Psalms, as well as the groupings into Kathismata (groupings for recitation during services), and the stages (stasis) within them is also included as part of the text.
It includes the order of the reading / recitation of the Psalter throughout the whole year. Variations for special circumstances such as the overlap of certain major feasts is also given.
